A private, everyday space to steady yourself while you support someone through addiction. Built for you, the person who provides the steady presence.
Leave your email and we'll reach out when Anchor is ready.
When someone you love is struggling with addiction, it weighs on you too.
Almost everything out there is built for them, not for you. Anchor is a calm place to steady yourself. To notice how you're really doing, find the words for the hard conversations and connect with people who understand when you need it. It isn't therapy or medical care. It's practical support during the journey of loving someone through addiction.
You show up, you hold the line, you hope. And somewhere in all of it, your own wellbeing quietly slips to the bottom of the list. Anchor exists to help you stay grounded. We're here for the people doing the holding.
Anchor is built for the family member, not the person in addiction. Your wellbeing is the whole point, not an afterthought.
Not therapy or medical care: steady, practical support to reach for in a quiet moment or a hard one.
What you write stays yours. And crisis help never requires an account. It's always free, always one tap away.
Missing a day isn't failure. You're doing something genuinely hard, and Anchor meets you with compassion, not pressure.
We're building Anchor to be the place families, friends and loved ones turn to feel a little less alone. A steady companion for the long journey of loving someone through addiction. Not a replacement for professional help, but a hand to hold in between. We're in development now, preparing to welcome a first small group who'll use Anchor before anyone else and help shape it. Our hope is simple: that no one has to carry this alone.
Anchor is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the U.S., call 911 for an emergency, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). You can also call the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.
